NAVSTA Guantanamo Bay - The exterior panels for this building housing power-grid equipment and Guantanamo Naval Station began to show oxidation and it required painting. Phillips pressure-washed, prepared, and applied a bonding primer in order for the finish coats of paint to adhere properly.

Dry ice blasting was utilized for this project to clean and repaint a water fountain in Savannah, GA. Using dry ice allowed us to remove loose paint and clean the structure without added waste, dust, and cleanup.

Phillips was contracted to clean and repair over 170000SF of interior space. The project required high-pressure water cleaning, dry ice blasting, and 24-hour operations to complete. Over 1200 gallons of high-performance epoxy were used.
